The biochemical incubator is a high-precision constant temperature device with cold and heat control. It can be used for plant cultivation, breeding experiments, cultivation and preservation of bacteria, molds, and microorganisms, BOD determination for water analysis, and constant temperature tests for other purposes. Working principle of biochemical incubator:
The incubator converts the actual temperature sensed by the temperature sensor in the chamber into an electrical signal, and the microcomputer controls the heater or refrigeration compressor to work to achieve the desired temperature.

The temperature/time key can switch between temperature and time:
1. Temperature setting: Press the temperature/time key once, and the temperature setting indicator of the meter will be on. Press the set key to enter the SV state, one of the three numbers in the setting display window flashes, and then press the shift key (<) to move the flashing number to the desired setting position, and then press the ∨ or ∧ key to change the temperature setting Set the value to the required temperature (minimum value 0℃), press the set button after the last to save the set value into the single-chip microcomputer. At this time, the left display window displays the measured temperature, and the right display window displays the set temperature.
2. Time setting: Press the temperature/time key once, and the time setting indicator of the meter will be on. Press the set button to enter the TV state, one of the three numbers in the setting display window flashes, and then press the shift button (<) to move the flashing number to the desired setting position, and then press the ∨ or ∧ key to change the time setting Set the value until the required time (minimum value 1h), press the set button after the last to save the set value into the single-chip microcomputer. At this time, the left display window displays the measurement time, and theright display window displays the set time.
Timing function: When the instrument is powered on, the timing function starts. After the timing ends, the output is turned off. The heater and refrigeration compressor stop working, and the temperature in the incubator will gradually reach the ambient temperature.
3. Status indication: After the setting is completed, the equipment runs according to the set parameters. When the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature, the equipment enters the heating state and the heating indicator light is on. Conversely, when the measured temperature is higher than the set temperature, the refrigeration indicator light is on and the device enters the refrigeration state. When the measured temperature is 4°C higher than the set temperature, the alarm indicator will light up and the buzzer will beep.
4. Parameter modification: If you want to modify the temperature and time parameters during operation, follow procedures 1 and 2 to modify.
5. Quick setting: When setting parameters, one of the three digits flashes. If you press the ∧ key, the last digit of the setting value will increase by 1; if you press this key and hold it down, it will be set after about 3 seconds. The fixed value continuously increases by 1; if you press the ∨ key, the set value will decrease by 1; if you press and hold the key without releasing it, the set value will continuously decrease by 1 after about 3 seconds.
