Instructions for use of pointer tension machine:

1. When using the pointer tension machine for destructive debugging, you should wear protective masks and gloves to prevent splashing substances generated during the debugging process;

2. When using the pointer tension machine, do not use the damaged or bent debugging head, otherwise the debugging object may fall on the feet and hurt the body;

3. Do not use the pointer tension machine to measure the load exceeding the maximum debugging load, otherwise the elastic force of the load detection mechanism will gradually deteriorate, resulting in the detected load value failing to meet the required accuracy level.

4. Do not do load tests in directions other than push and pull on the pointer tension machine.

5. When the debugging rod is not connected to any debugging head, the load under test cannot be directly applied to the end of the debugging rod.

6. If the user needs to make a special debugging joint, it must be able to withstand the maximum debugging load of the push-pull force gauge, otherwise the debugging joint may break during the debugging and cause an accident.

Precautions for pointer tension machine:

1. There is a load cell and a circuit in the pointer push-pull gauge. Protect push-pull gauges from sudden temperature changes, heat, high humidity, moisture, dust and strong impacts.

  2. The pointer push-pull force gauge can only be used for force measurement, and cannot be used for other purposes.

  3. The operating temperature of the pointer push-pull gauge is 0~40. In order to obtain higher measurement accuracy, please use it within the temperature range specified in the inspection certificate.

  4. Regardless of whether the push-pull force gauge is on or off, it is not allowed to measure the force exceeding F.S, or bend the measuring shaft.

  5. Only the dedicated AC adapter for the pointer push-pull gauge can be used

  6. Before installing or using the pointer push-pull gauge, you should read this operation manual.

  7. Do not use organic solvents such as paint thinner to clean the dust on the pointer push-pull gauge.

  8. When measuring some damaged samples, the operator should wear protective devices to protect eyes and body and prevent debris from splashing.

  9. Do not disassemble or refit the pointer push-pull gauge.

  10. After use, please store the pointer push-pull gauge in the matching carrying case to avoid impact on the measuring axis.
